The Vienna Vanguards sports club collects, processes and uses your personal data only with your consent.
What exactly are “personal data”?
Personal data is all data that enables you to be identified (e.g. name and email address). We collect, process and use this data as well as any other data that you voluntarily share with us. What are the legal bases?
The legal basis for the collection, processing and use of data are national and EU data protection and civil law provisions, in particular the DSG and the GDPR.
What is the purpose of the collection, processing and use?
We collect, process and use your data exclusively to respond to your request from the contact form.
How long will my data be used?
We will only use your data for as long as is necessary to fully process your request. Will my data be passed on to third parties? We reserve the right to pass on your personal data exclusively to the Austrian Quidditch Association QAT.

Vienna Vanguards implements all technical and organizational measures, taking into account the current state of the art, to secure your data.
What rights do I have?
You have - the right to information - the right to rectification - the right to erasure - the right to restriction of processing - the right to object to processing and - the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint against the unlawful collection, processing and use of your personal data. You exercise this right with the data protection authority.
